City Clerk
The City Clerk's Office maintains all City Codes, Ordinances, Resolutions and other legal documents, processes and issues various permits and licenses, distributes certified copies of birth and death records, and maintains the city’s voter registration file. The City Clerk is also responsible for the administration of all Elections held within the city and functions as Secretary to the City Council and Building Authority, providing recording secretarial services to the Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Dangerous Animal Review Board, and managing agendas and minutes for other city boards/commissions.
